What supplies does Yoga Nut bring to a Worksite Wellness Yoga sessions?
Yoga mats, unless it’s a standing-only session or chair yoga session.
Music, straps, blocks, and blankets are available upon request or are brought as necessary for you and your group’s session.
Bring your own mat if you prefer!
I work in a non-traditional office setting. Will Yoga Nut bring yoga to my workplace?
Yes! As long as there is floorspace we can lead you and your work group onsite at your workspace - wherever you are. We’ve taught in dental clinics, schools, large corporate buildings, local government offices, around conference tables, online, conference centers, libraries and more.
Don’t have floorspace of your own? Let us know! We partner with local spaces and also have the option of leading your session livestream or standing-only.
my staff and I are interested in meditation only. Is that possible?
Yes! Yoga Nut provides combination classes that include yoga movements and meditation plus sessions of just meditation. Each session is tailored to meet your and your group’s needs. Length of time and type of service is based on your interest; however, 45 minute sessions are the most popular option for working groups and professional development days.
Do I have to change out of my work clothes to participate?
No! Our yoga and meditation sessions are designed to meet you and your colleagues where you are - including wearing work attire. We do encourage pants, leggings, stockings or long skirts for folks wearing a skirt or dress.
Cancellation Policy
Yoga Nut will reschedule any session cancelled 48 hours before the start of the session at no charge. If a session is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, a late cancellation fee of $45 will be charged in addition to the cost of the session. In order to reschedule the session, Yoga Nut must first receive the late fee.
For classes scheduled outside, Yoga Nut reserves the right to reschedule or cancel at any time due to unsafe weather conditions. No refunds are available for community outdoor yoga sessions.
