Yoga Nut’s Team Development Workshops are designed to boost team connection, improve focus, and provide tools for sustained wellbeing. Each session is interactive and educational, lasts 45-60 minutes and provides a takeaway the audience can enjoy again and again!

Corporate Yoga and meditation
Yoga Nut’s yoga and meditation sessions help you and your team get out of your head and into your body. That way, you can relieve physical tension and enhance focus and productivity. Each session lasts 45 minutes and includes mats, music, and props if in-person. Livestream sessions are held via zoom or your platform of choice.
